RECOMMENDED DOSAGES:

Meal Replacement / Add to your Existing Diet to balance vitamin & mineral intake:

- Consume approximately 50 packets over a period of 3 months.
- For children, consume ~42 packets over a period of 3 months, consuming maximum of 1 packet per day.
